Oluwatomisin Adebukola Badewole is a seasoned broadcast journalist, a published author, and versatile content producer based in Nigeria. Her educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and African Languages from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, a MINI-MBA from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany, with various certifications and diplomas from prestigious institutions in Leadership, Emotional intelligence, Strategy and Negotiation, Operation and Value Management, Media Production, Emotional Intelligence, Value Management, and Leadership and
American Governance and Public Policy.
She assumed the position of Executive Director, at Hope for the Masses Foundation in 2021 and has since lifted the organisation to great heights.
Oluwakuyide Olaniyi
Head of Finance and Audit
Oluwakuyide Olaniyi began his over 18 years career as an
accountant after earning his degree, he worked in Audit, Taxation, Consultancy & financial services
sector as well as Cash Management industry. In these organizations he held the positions of Company Accountant. He presently manages SilverEdge Global Services "a financial services support company" based in Ikeja, Lagos.
He also served on our executive team as Head of Finance and Audit.

‘Sayo Adebayo is a certified transformation coach. He is a dedicated high-impact clarity coach and self-discovery expert committed to guiding individuals and organizations on transformative journeys towards unlocking their true potential. With a passion for empowering others, he brings a unique blend of expertise, experience, and a profound commitment to personal growth.
He has served as a National coordinator and pastor of the Nation Young Peoples Ministry of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission where he served for close to a decade before he was redeployed to the Media as the Director as well as the Chief Operations Officer of the Ministry’s Satellite TV channel, Formidable Impact Tv (FITV). He currently runs his own outfit, Shyne Media and serves part-time as our Head of Development.
Temitayo Badewole Adetoba
Programs Manager
Temitayo Badewole Adetoba is a Writer, researcher, Data Scientist and Teen Moms' Education Advocate. Her passion for teenagers is unrivaled as she constantly spearheads programs towards the education of teenagers within her reach.
In the tech world, she has had the privilege of working with International clients on project basis, and is currently teaching basic programming to vulnerable girls at an NGO on a project basis.
Her dedication to impacting the lives of female teenagers around her is unrivaled, and it was borne out of a great passion to see girls strive to have dignifying careers.
She believes that teen moms are grossly under-represented, and has chosen to identify with them and push for a forward movement in the right kind of education towards their growth and success.
She holds a degree in Zoology from Obafemi Awolowo University; has certifications in Data Science, Emotional Intelligence and Scrum.
She serves as our Programs Manager.
Adetomiwa Badewole
Head of Creative & Digital Communications
Adetomiwa Badewole is a multifaceted creative leader with a passion for designing with empathy. His journey began with humble roots, designing on a desktop computer running on Pentium 3, and has since evolved into mastering a wide range of design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva. With certifications in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, and Brand Development, Adetomiwa possesses a unique blend of skills that enable him to craft innovative solutions that satisfy users while prioritizing business goals.
With extensive experience in various creative roles, Adetomiwa has written publications, designed brand assets, directed photoshoots and commercials, and even written scripts. His expertise has allowed him to successfully impact knowledge and train others, earning him a Train-The-Trainer II certificate. As the Head of Creative & Digital Communications, Adetomiwa leverages his expertise to drive creative strategies that foster productive relationships and drive results.
